a camping festival for latin dance enthusiasts held in a style as close to unspoiled nature and heaven and earth as possible.
- Everyone is camping, settled up tents by organizer
- Together prepare food, fire, cooking utensils for meals which prepared by organizer.
- Gathering together, Dancing all night, making campfires
- Watch the sunset together, watch the sunrise with extremely relaxing romantic salsa, bachata, and kizomba music.
- Let's leave the busy city together to experience a life lacking simple and minimalist facilities.
- Let's explore Tri An lake together by sup boating or cycling activities.

We believe, you have never had such experience before with the international and Vietnamese latin dance community.

**General Note
* Location: Tri An Lake, Dong Nai Province (150 minutes from Saigon by bus)
*All participants must book tickets in advance and start at the same time at the pick-up point, board the bus in Saigon (we do not give priority to selling tickets at the door).
* The event venue has a personal shower area (Basic and simple facilities)
* The venue has rental services such as: tents, kitchen tools, tables and chairs, sup boats, bicycles, pre-ordered catering services on demand.
* All participants must protect their personal property, protect their own health and safety. La Pachanga is not responsible for the loss incurred in relation to personal property and personal safety related to the free entertainment activities of the participating members.
* Families with children must take care of and protect their children's safety by themselves. La Pachanga is not responsible for problems arising in connection with children.

**SPECIFIC SCHEDULE
* Saturday
- 08h00 Bus departs from District 1, HCM (Customers prepare breakfast by themselves)
- 11h00 Bus arrives at the campsite (Everyone unpacks personal luggage, gathers personal tools)
- 11h30: 13h30 Lunch in groups (included in event tickets)
- 13:30 : 15:00 The members receive camping equipment and tools to set up a camping tent together (The organizers only provide tent equipment for guests who have registered to rent in advance and the representative who picks up the equipment will leave identification as prescribed by the venue management - this is a mandatory requirement)
- 15h00 Everyone free entertainment (boating, self-renting bicycles) (included, BBQ equipment can be rented on site)
- 16h00 Sunset Social dancing / Latin dance party under the sunset by the lakeside and free activities
- 18h00 BBQ dinner ,self-serving with prepared foods by Organiser
- 20:00 till late Campfire and dance party starts
* Sunday
- 05h00 Let's welcome the dawn and make breakfast at your own expense
- 06h00 Dawn dance party by the lake, photography.
- 09h00 sub boating, cycling, renting self-sufficient vehicles, Free play and Luggage collection, move the tents to a shady place if the sun is too hot, at the same time collect luggage and tents and return them to the unit. rent - remember to get your ID back.
- 12:00 : Lunch according to the available menu prepared by La Pachanga (included in the event ticket)
- 15h00: Get on the bus to depart for Saigon.
